What I offer
Nutrition and Health Counselling
Jasna Robinson is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Nutrition Therapist who uses a non-dieting approach to help clients make lasting changes to their eating. She specializes in maternal and infant nutrition and in disordered and emotional eating. Jasna is a certified diabetes educator (CDE) and a certified intuitive eating counselor (CIEC). She can help you keep a peaceful relationship with food while managing a variety of chronic conditions. Services are available in English and French.
Nutrition Presentations
Are you looking for an engaging speaker and educator? Jasna has experience facilitating workshops for health professionals and the general public. She has also facilitated food preparation classes and presented on a variety of up-to-date nutrition topics.
Nutrition Writing and Editing
There is much confusion out there about what and how to eat. Using evidence-based and best-practice nutrition advice, Jasna can help you write and/or edit content for a variety of target audiences.
